Marketing Coordinator
Demand Gen and Campaigns (Part-Time)

Overview
Marketing at Pillar is focused on building trust with security and business leaders who are under pressure to get cybersecurity right. We do not rely on volume or promotion. We focus on clear insight, real-world experience, and helping organizations understand how to protect what matters most.
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to bring structure, consistency, and follow-through to our marketing efforts. This role supports the execution of campaigns, content, and day-to-day marketing operations that help turn visibility into meaningful conversations.
You will work closely with leadership and subject-matter experts to ensure our marketing reflects the quality of our thinking and reaches the right audience.
What You’ll Do

Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and web

Manage marketing systems, including email automation and contact data

Maintain the marketing calendar and keep initiatives organized and on track

Support the promotion of thought leadership through digital channels

Assist in developing and updating marketing collateral and sales materials

Track campaign performance and provide clear, actionable insights

Help expand Pillar’s visibility within the cybersecurity and technology community

Who You Are

Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

A clear communicator who can translate complex ideas into straightforward content

Comfortable working independently in a remote, collaborative environment

Curious and motivated to learn, especially within cybersecurity and technology
Experience

3–7 years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital marketing

Experience with email marketing platforms and social media management

Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and LinkedIn insights

Experience creating marketing materials using tools like Canva or PowerPoint
